We're a fast-paced startup looking for a Sales Professional to drive growth and close deals.

As a Sales Champion, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. This includes:

  • Lead Generation: Identify high-potential prospects aligned with our target audience.
  • Cold Emails / Cold Calls: Conduct persuasive outreach that converts qualified leads into closed deals.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Take ownership of every step of the sales funnel.
  • Create Your Own Sales Materials: Develop tailored sales decks and presentations.
  • Optimize Processes: Improve your workflow and hit targets more efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize strategies.

We're looking for someone who thrives on commissions and surpasses aggressive sales targets. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Ambitious mindset: Exceed targets and achieve higher goals and growth.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or loyalty.
  • Native proficiency in English and German.
  • Proven experience in early-stage startups, particularly at the Seed Stage.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively and consistently exceed targets.
