Was du bewirken kannst

  • Betreuung der zugeteilten Schlüsselfirmen, verantwortlich für die Umsatz- und Ertragsziele
  • Erstellung der Schlüsselfirmen-Pläne (Potenziale, Ziele, Massnahmen) basierend auf den Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategien sowie Umsetzung der geplanten Massnahmen
  • Aktives Kundenmanagement sowie laufende Steuerung der Geschäftsentwicklung in Bezug auf die gesetzten Ziele, falls erforderlich, frühzeitige Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Übernahme von Projektleitungsfunktion und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Außendienst und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung und zentrale Anlaufstelle für festgelegte Themen innerhalb des Vertriebsteams; Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im OTC-Markt oder im Einzelhandel der Konsumgüterindustrie in der Schweiz
  • Du bist ein überzeugender Verhandlungsprofi mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, einem ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Denkvermögen
  • Als initiativer, strukturierter und kommunikationsfreudiger Teamplayer mit Beratungsfähigkeiten bringst du ein offenes Mindset mit
  • Deutsch oder Französisch ist deine Muttersprache, und du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift der jeweils anderen Sprache; solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert
