Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central Europe.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on our solutions and evangelize our cutting-edge technology.
  • Sales Process Management: Consistently and accurately manage the sales process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through the use of the Odoo CRM system.
  • Territory Planning and Execution: Align and tune our business plan to meet or exceed business goals for the assigned territory, with a commitment to rigorous territory planning and market knowledge.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Employ outstanding communication skills to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Liaise fully with the marketing team to design and execute short and long-term marketing campaigns.
  • Representation and Event Management: Represent Nagi Bioscience at trade shows, conferences, and events, as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrable previous multi-year sales experience in Life Science, with a proven track record of success in selling capital equipment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to be successful in this field-based role.
