Sales Director for Life Sciences in Central Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager for Central Europe to join our team at Nagi Bioscience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our cutting-edge laboratory equipment and solutions, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute short and long-term marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team to inform business decisions.
- Education: Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven sales experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
