Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you can expect:

  • To define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • To develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's strategic priorities and goals.
  • To collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-centric stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
  • To conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • To monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • To regularly engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • To stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to advance our product offerings and enhance our competitive edge.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with:

  • A customer-centric approach, leveraging insights to guide product enhancements and deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering teamwork, inspiring collaboration, and motivating teams towards shared product goals.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities, prioritizing tasks and features while balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • An analytical mindset, using data and metrics to inform product decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize the product.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and adjust plans and priorities accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Experience in start-ups or scale-ups, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
  • Tech-savviness and understanding of software development processes can be advantageous.
