ACZENTA Seeks a UX Experience Researcher

We are dedicated to elevating the usability and functionality of Google Maps and Google Trends through innovative user experience research.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough user research using diverse methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, and field studies to gain actionable insights that inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into strategic recommendations that drive design improvements.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle by championing user needs and goals.
  • Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize research opportunities and inform product decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and present compelling reports, presentations, and findings to stakeholders to influence design strategy and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products, preferably in the field of mapping/navigation or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights are required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are vital.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is necessary.
