Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team, focused on enhancing Google Maps and Google Trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather actionable insights, identifying pain points and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric design improvements.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that drive product enhancements.
  • Advocate for the user by championing user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create and present compelling reports, presentations, and findings to stakeholders to influence design and product strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products, preferably in the field of mapping/navigation or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design.
