User Experience Designer

ParetoLabs, a software studio in Zurich, is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to contribute to the development of customized AI-powered applications.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Assist in designing and optimizing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and create personas and user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.
- Assist in creating design systems and style guides.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar programs.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to develop creative and user-friendly solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate within a team.
- Proactive Learner: Enthusiasm for new design trends and technologies, with a desire to continuously improve your skills.
