Digital Product Designer

- Assist in the design and optimization of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and create personas and user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.
- Assist in creating design systems and style guides.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and interested in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with experienced designers and developers to develop innovative solutions for our client projects.
Requirements- Educational Background: Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field with a focus on UX/UI.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar programs. Initial experience with prototyping tools is an advantage.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to develop creative and user-friendly solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English or German with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate within a team.
- Proactive Learner: Enthusiasm for new design trends and technologies, with a desire to continuously improve your skills.
