Deine Aufgaben
  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Ausbau des Technologie Business Solutions mit bestehenden und Neukunden (New & Add-On Business).
  • Aufbau und Management einer sichtbaren Pipeline.
  • Abschluss von "Big Deals" und Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Winrate.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von belastbaren Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Erarbeitung einer überzeugenden Value Proposition und eines erfolgreichen Offerings für die zugewiesenen Kunden.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung.
  • Abschlussstark und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge bei Großkunden im Outsourcing-Geschäft und der digitalen Transformation.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Fähigkeit, die USPs der SPS Lösungen überzeugend beim Kunden zu positionieren und kommerzielle Vereinbarungen und Verträge abzuschließen.
  • Breites bestehendes Netzwerk im relevanten Kundensegment (Top Accounts CH).
  • Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck konstant hohe Leistungen zu erbringen.
  • Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil.
