About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent and Culture function globally. As the Head of Talent and Culture, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our corporate Talent & Organizational Development Strategy and People Agenda across different divisions, departments, functions, and locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy global Talent and Org Development strategies that impact Employee Engagement and Company Performance.
  • Own and drive the talent, culture, and engagement programs.
  • Drive & support senior leaders and the HR team globally on topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management, and talent management.
  • Lead a team of Talent Specialists to ensure initiatives, projects, and programs are delivered according to expectations and timeline.
  • Design and implement Global Leadership Programs & Trainings.
  • Define and shape Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding on a global VAT level.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading global/corporate TM & OD in mid-size and fast-growing international company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR/Talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Experience leading large and global scale culture transformation initiatives and acting as a change agent.
  • Ability and willingness to cover the whole range from strategic vision to conception as well as hands-on managing and bringing initiatives to the ground.
  • Proven experience in design and deployment of Strategic Workforce Planning Playbook incl. standards and processes.
  • Vast HR Leadership experience in Talent CoE; Strong business acumen, preferably with few years experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
