Niche Brands Training Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our niche brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual training strategies in collaboration with senior management.
- Design and deliver training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and brand history and values.
- Conduct live coaching sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally.
- Maintain a digital education platform and ensure high levels of engagement.
- Track education and training budgets and report regularly to senior management.
- Organize operational logistics of training sessions, including training calendars and hotel bookings.
- Communicate and liaise with commercial teams to ensure effective implementation of training plans.
- Motivate and support staff to achieve successful results.
- Collaborate on administrative tasks as required.
- Track training results and share feedback with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the beauty category as a trainer in selective/premium fragrances, with make-up experience a plus.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time across Europe.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar discipline.
- Fluent English (verbal and written), with French and Spanish a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital awareness and Microsoft knowledge.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others.
