We are seeking a highly skilled Niche In Store Executive to join our Travel Retail EA organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.

Key Responsibilities

Temporary Installations

• Develop and implement global merchandising guidelines tailored to the Travel Retail channel, ensuring alignment with marketing and communication strategies.

• Collaborate with the In Store HQ team to launch new initiatives, address special requests, and adapt guidelines as needed.

• Drive internal meetings with Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams to ensure seamless animation delivery and installation.

• Design and deliver animation request proposals adapted to the channel, adhering to retailer guidelines and obtaining necessary certificates.

• Partner with suppliers to negotiate promo pack quotes, optimize costs, and ensure high-quality installations.

• Manage decoration budgets and POs for temporary animations, allocating savings for future opportunities in coordination with the Sales Department.

• Coordinate visual and VM orders for all animation implementations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with initial proposals, both internally and externally with suppliers/decorators, and manage logistics procedures related to proposal installation.

• Coordinate point of sale materials.

• Define local production elements budgets for each account to develop the promo calendar.

• Support Field Supervisors with in-store installations.

• Conduct store checks and gather promo feedback (internal and external).

Permanent Spaces

• Collaborate with MKT and SALES teams to provide briefs for new doors, including zoning, VP, and concept.

• Design and develop concepts for permanent spaces, respecting retailer guidelines and MKT briefs.

• Support Marketing Directors in obtaining internal approvals for top doors.

• Create technical drawings between PUIG and retailers for technical approval.

• Oversee production and installation of permanent spaces.

• Implement installations in top doors and at the point of sale.

Visual Merchandising

• Support MKT and Sales teams with 3D renderings of temporary or permanent spaces as needed.

• Adapt HQ Fragrances VM guidelines to TREMEA needs and specificities.

• Coordinate the implementation and continuous adaptation of TREMEA VM guidelines in every POS.

• Supervise regular updates of visuals and videos.

• Monitor POSM stock, assign, and ship materials.

• Produce and implement POSM locally for temporary and permanent installations.

• Manage basic and tailor-made permanent projects.

• Support Field Teams with retail installations and VM implementation.

We're Looking for Someone with

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury retail or interior design.

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent).

• Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of French (other languages an asset).

• Strong knowledge of 3D design and modeling.

• Multi-project management skills, with a focus on detail and results.

• Autonomous with a strong sense of teamwork, proactivity, organization, and stress resistance.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD (C4D or SketchUp an asset).
