Niche In Store Executive

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Niche In Store Executive to join our Travel Retail EA organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.

Key Responsibilities

Temporary Installations

• Adapt global merchandising guidelines to the Travel Retail channel, ensuring planograms and assortment align with marketing and communication strategies.
• Communicate with the In Store HQ team for launches, special requests, and adaptations as needed.
• Drive internal meetings with Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams to ensure successful animation delivery and installation.
• Deliver animation request proposals tailored to the channel, adhering to retailer guidelines and obtaining necessary certificates.
• Partner with suppliers to negotiate promo pack quotes, optimizing costs for high-quality installations.
• Manage decoration budgets and POs for temporary animations, allocating savings for future opportunities.
• Coordinate visual and VM orders for all animation implementations.
• Resolve technical issues with initial proposals and logistic procedures related to installation.
• Coordinate point of sale materials.
• Define local production elements budgets for each account to develop promo calendars.
• Support Field Supervisors with in-store installations.
• Conduct store checks and promo feedback (internal and external).

Permanent Spaces

• Collaborate with MKT and SALES teams to provide briefs for new doors, including zoning, VP, and concept.
• Design and concept permanent spaces, respecting retailer guidelines and MKT briefs.
• Support Marketing Directors with internal approvals for top doors.
• Coordinate technical drawings between PUIG and retailers for technical approval.
• Oversee production and installation.
• Implement in top doors/POS.

Visual Merchandising

• Support MKT and Sales teams with 3D renderings for temporary or permanent spaces.
• Adapt HQ Fragrances VM guidelines to TREMEA needs and specificities.
• Coordinate TREMEA VM guidelines implementation and continuous adaptation in every POS.
• Supervise visuals and videos regular updates.
• Monitor POSM stock, assign, and ship.
• Produce and implement POSM locally (temporary and permanent installations).
• Manage basic and tailor-made permanent projects.
• Support Field Teams with retail installations and VM implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in luxury retail or interior design.
• Interior Design or Architecture Bachelor (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset).
• Multi-project management skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact easily.
• Knowledge of 3D design and modeling.
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp proficiency.
