Niche In Store Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Niche In Store Executive to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our Travel Retail EA organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.

• Temporary Installations
  • Adapt global merchandising guidelines to the Travel Retail channel, including planograms and assortment in line with marketing and communication.
  • Communicate with the In Store HQ team for launches, special requests, and adaptations as needed.
  • Drive internal meetings with Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams to ensure successful animations delivery and installation.
  • Deliver animation request proposals adapted to the channel, following retailer guidelines and obtaining accurate certificates.
  • Partner with suppliers to negotiate promo packs, optimize costs, and manage decoration budgets.
  • Manage visual and VM orders for all animation implementations.
  • Follow up on technical issues and logistic procedures related to proposal installation.
  • Coordinate point of sale materials and define local production elements budgets for each account.
  • Support Field Supervisors with in-store installations and store checks.
• Permanent Spaces
  • Collaborate with the MKT and SALES teams to provide briefs for new doors, including zoning, VP, and concept.
  • Provide design and concept, respecting retailer guidelines and MKT briefs.
  • Support the Marketing Director in internal approvals for top doors.
  • Develop technical drawings between Puig and retailers for technical approval.
  • Produce and install permanent installations in top doors and at the point of sale.
• Visual Merchandising
  • Support the MKT and Sales teams with 3D renderings of temporary or permanent spaces.
  • Adapt HQ Fragrances VM guidelines to TREMEA needs and specificities.
  • Implement TREMEA VM guidelines and coordinate continuous adaptation in every POS.
  • Supervise visuals and videos regular updates.
  • Monitor POSM stock, assign, and ship materials.
  • Produce and implement POSM locally for temporary and permanent installations.
  • Manage basic and tailor-made permanent projects.
  • Support the Field Team with retail installations and VM implementation.

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in luxury retail or interior design, with a knowledge of premium fragrance and cosmetic segments.
• Education: Interior Design or Architecture Bachelor (or equivalent).
• Languages: Fluent in English, with very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset).
• Competencies: Multi-project management skills, detail-oriented, results-driven, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills.
• Specific Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
