Education Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Education Executive to lead our training strategy across the European Mediterranean and African Distributors (EMAD) region for the Puig group brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy effective training programs and content for internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee the development of expertise and skills among internal and external stakeholders in fragrance and makeup culture
* Manage the maintenance and expansion of the Brand Experience App in the EMAD region
* Oversee the annual strategy and editorial calendar to engage learners
* Lead and synchronize with local distributors' trainers on the annual training plan
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the EMAD team, distributors, trainers, and the Global Education and brand teams
Requirements:
* Extensive training experience in the luxury and cosmetics sector
* Mastery of sales techniques and team coaching
* Strong expertise in content development and digital platform usage
* Proficiency in English, with French and Spanish being advantageous
* Charismatic and adept at public speaking
* Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate, capable of motivating a group and imparting knowledge
* Proactive and adaptable to various brands and deadlines
* Results-driven with an analytical mindset, capable of conceiving and developing strategic visions
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
