Training and Development Lead for Luxury Brands

We are seeking a highly experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team at Puig. This is a unique opportunity to deploy training strategies across the EMAD platform, overseeing the development and adaptation of effective training programs and content.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training luxury brands, with a proven track record of ensuring expertise and skills among internal and external stakeholders in fragrance and makeup culture.
Key responsibilities include managing the Brand Experience App, overseeing the editorial calendar, and leading training plans. Additionally, the successful candidate will support local distributors in adapting tools and co-developing content.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need mastery of sales techniques, content development skills, and proficiency in English. French and Spanish are advantageous, but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is negotiable based on qualifications and performance.
