Dream Job Alert: Become the face of Puig's Education Department as the Education Director
As the Education Director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training strategies for the European Mediterranean and African Distributors (EMAD) of Puig group brands, including Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Nina Ricci.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt effective training programs and content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the maintenance and expansion of the Brand Experience App in the EMAD region.
- Oversee the annual strategy and editorial calendar to engage learners and ensure content reflects the brand's image.
- Lead and synchronize with local distributors' trainers on the annual training plan.
- Support the development of tools for points of sale and collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt content.
Requirements:
- Extensive training experience in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
- Mastery of sales techniques and team coaching.
- Strong expertise in content development and digital platform usage.
- Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.
- Charismatic and adept at public speaking.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate, capable of motivating a group and imparting knowledge.
- Results-driven with an analytical mindset.
