Training Manager Prestige

The Training Manager Prestige will play a crucial role in driving the success of Puig's TR Europe Business Unit by ensuring that our teams in the TR shops are properly trained, coached, and equipped to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Education annual strategy in collaboration with the manager.
- Deliver training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and brand history and values.
- Perform live coaching sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally.
- Maintain the digital education app and ensure high engagement levels.
- Track Education and T&E budgets and report regularly to the manager.
- Organize operational logistics of training sessions, including training calendar, hotel bookings, and training database updates.
- Communicate and liaise with Commercial teams to ensure proper implementation of the training plan.
- Motivate and support staff to achieve successful results.
- Collaborate on other administrative tasks requested by the role.
- Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders.
- Convey Company values at all times.
- Deliver induction trainings to all new joiners, sharing brand DNAs, product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques.
- 5 years of previous experience in the beauty category (Fragrance & Make Up) as a trainer.
- Ability to travel (75% of the time) across Europe.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar discipline.
- Fluent English & French (verbal and written).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & Public Speaking skills.
- Strong Organization & Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Digital awareness & Microsoft knowledge.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
