## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Travel Retail Europe team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders.

## Key Responsibilities

* Participate in budget and forecasting processes, working closely with the TR Europe Finance Manager and HQ teams.
* Prepare financial templates and presentations for budget, forecast, and Capex.
* Serve as a business partner to the Prestige Marketing Director and Niche Marketing Director, providing financial insights and analysis.
* Manage monthly end closures, including A&P handling and production of monthly reporting.
* Analyze media and promotional budgets, and implement return on investment analysis.
* Execute ad-hoc studies on retail and marketing initiatives.
* Liaise with the Accounting Department to ensure compliance with accounting norms and internal audit.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
* 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a hands-on controllership role.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and result-oriented problem-solving capability.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
