Global Key Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships

As a Global Key Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships at ADAMA, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing solid partnerships with external organizations to support the company's Third-Party strategy and objectives.
The role will focus on building strong relationships with companies, negotiating agreements, and ensuring contractual compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and issue resolution between ADAMA and its third-party counterparts.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Negotiation's Management and Leadership: Identify and evaluate potential third-party partners to fulfill business needs related to gaps in ADAMA's portfolio or sales of ADAMA products.
- Relationship Excellence: Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all third-party contracts are well-drafted, reviewed, and executed according to the pre-defined process.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during the partnership.
This is an opportunity to work in a global, multi-cultural environment and to get involved in complex negotiations, getting exposure to senior leaders from a multitude of functions in very diverse companies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and proven experience in sales, marketing, supplier relations, or partnership management. Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strategic orientation with relevant attention to details are also required.
Fluent English is a must, and fluency in other languages is a plus.
