Job Description

As a Global Third Party Partnerships Manager at ADAMA, you will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with external organizations to support the company's third-party strategy and objectives.

The position reports to the Head of Global Third Party Relations and is based at the ADAMA Headquarters in APC or the European Headquarters in Schaffhausen. Commuting from other locations in Europe may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiation Management and Leadership
  • Identify and evaluate potential third-party partners to fulfill business needs related to gaps in ADAMA's portfolio or sales of ADAMA products.
  • Lead internal meetings to define roles and responsibilities and approach third parties.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with companies to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Relationship Excellence
  • Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and issue resolution between the company and its third-party counterparts.
Contractual Compliance
  • Ensure that all third-party contracts are well-drafted, reviewed, and executed according to the pre-defined process.
Issue Resolution
  • Address and resolve conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during the partnership.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to align on mutually beneficial solutions.
Alignment and Communication
  • Provide regular updates to management and core areas regarding the status of projects and significant developments.
Compliance and Ethics
  • Ensure that third-party interactions comply with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, supplier relations, or partnership management is mandatory. Experience in Regulatory is a plus.
  3. Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Strategic orientation with relevant attention to details.
  6. Organized and able to work effectively on multiple projects in parallel with dynamically changing priorities.
  7. Good level of global regulatory environment and rules applied to crop protection.
  8. Fluent English is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
