Global Third Party Partnership Manager

As a Global Third Party Partnership Manager at ADAMA, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing solid partnerships with external organizations to support the company's Third-Party strategy and objectives.
The role will focus on building strong relationships with companies, negotiating agreements, and ensuring contractual compliance.
The position reports to the Head of Global Third Party Relations and is located at the ADAMA Headquarters in APC or in the European Headquarters of the company in Schaffhausen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiation's Management and Leadership: Identify and evaluate potential third-party partners to fulfill business needs related to either gaps in ADAMA's portfolio or sales of ADAMA products.
- Relationship Excellence: Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all third-party contracts are well-drafted, reviewed, and executed according to the pre-defined process.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during the partnership.
- Alignment and Communication: Provide regular updates to management, and core areas, both in central functions and regions, regarding the status of projects and any significant developments.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that third-party interactions comply with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, supplier relations, or partnership management is a must.
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic orientation with relevant attention to details.
- Organized and able to work effectively on multiple projects in parallel with dynamically changing priorities.
- Good level of global regulatory environment and rules applied to crop protection.
- Fluent English is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
