Aufgaben

Als Customer Support Manager unterstützt Du quitt und quitt Business im Daily Business und bist das Aushängeschild und erste Anlaufstelle unseres Unternehmens. Zu den Aufgaben Deines zukünftigen Teams gehören:

  • Allgemeiner Kundensupport in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
  • Beratung von Neukunden und Interessenten telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der anderen Teammitglieder
  • Sicherstellung der Prozessoptimierung
Qualifikation

Du bist eine positive Persönlichkeit mit abgeschlossener kaufmännischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Grundbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Administration, (telefonischem) Kundensupport oder Sozialversicherungen. Fliessend in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch (jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus) und versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten.

Motiviert, selbständig und genau arbeitend, kommunikativ, stressresistent, vernetzt denkend, auffassungsfähig, lernbereit und darauf bedacht, bestehende Prozesse fortlaufend zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern.
