Jobbeschreibung: Als Customer Support Manager unterstützt Du unser Unternehmen bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden in Deutschland und der Schweiz.
Als Teil unseres Teams wirst Du gemeinsam mit anderen Fachleuten Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln und umsetzen. Deine Aufgaben:
- Beratung von Neukunden und Interessenten
- Allgemeiner Kundensupport per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
- Diverse administrative Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der anderen Teammitglieder
- Sicherstellung der Prozessoptimierung
Qualifikationen:
- Abschluss in Wirtschaft oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Administration oder Sozialversicherungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
