Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts in the Swiss market for substitution therapy, aligning with applicable laws and regulations as well as corporate strategy.

About the Role:

This Senior Account Manager position is responsible for building a sustainable network in the field of substitution therapy, including addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction centers, medical facilities, and pharmacies.

The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring the delivery of company-approved product- and therapy area-related promotional materials and activities.

This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing promotional events, conducting market and competition analysis to develop strategies and measures, and participating in regional and national congresses.

The successful candidate will have experience in clinical practice settings, preferably in the substitution therapy area, and possess excellent communication, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness.

A strong understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare system is essential.
