We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Events to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our events team, including managing the registration process for conferences, setting up and maintaining registration systems, processing registrations, and responding to attendee inquiries via shared inboxes or by phone promptly and professionally.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • French speaking is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the events industry, registration, data-management, or a related field, and proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, as well as registration management software.
