Global Events Coordinator

The Global Events Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning and delivery of high-profile events across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Event Services team in implementing established processes across events and workstreams
- Serve as a business counterpart to internal Forum teams to advocate Forum Partners' needs for our events and communications
- Events planning and delivery, including communications, operations, and admin support from the Forum Partners' perspective
- Execution of internal and external communications campaigns related to event engagement for business
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; project management, communications, and/or other relevant certification is a strong plus
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in large-scale project/event management
- Hands-on experience in world-class event design and delivery preferred, with a successful track record of superior customer service
