As part of our Global Programming Group, we are seeking an experienced Event Registration Manager to coordinate member organisation and stakeholder engagement at our activities and meetings.
You will be responsible for managing invitation and registration processes, security badge administration, and overseeing at least one direct report. Your expertise in project management, coordination, and digital tools will ensure seamless delivery of our world-class events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics and manage registrations for our main events, including the Annual Meeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for managing invitations, registrations, and security badges.
- Manage a team and provide guidance on best practices for digital engagement planning and delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with impact priorities.
