As a critical member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure, providing top-notch service to our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the completion of maintenance activities to the highest quality level, including planning, preparation, execution, and reporting.
  • Ensure the full reliability of the infrastructures, focusing on continuity of services, energy efficiency, and budgetary constraints.
  • Use the BMS and other available systems to monitor and maintain the site's infrastructure, performing regular walkthroughs to stay up-to-date on monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

  • Technical training in one of the following fields: electricity, air conditioning, fire and physical safety, and security, or centralized building management systems.
  • Data center experience, preferably in data center operations or similar mission-critical environments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in operating, maintaining, repairing, inspecting, and testing critical electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and building management/automation equipment.
  • Technical versatility, including supervision of Level II, III, and IV maintenance works, reactivation of circuit breakers, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach and generate new ideas.
  • Highly motivated at problem-solving, with attention to detail and a genuine commitment to following up on actions.
