Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere Fundraising-Strategien weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

  • Fundraising & Strategie
    • Aufbau und Entwicklung unseres Portfolios von Mid-Level und Corporate Spendern
    • Entwicklung und Koordination von Fundraising-Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Kommunikation
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie für Legate
    • Recherche, Identifizierung und Erarbeitung neuer Fundraising-Möglichkeiten zur langfristigen Bindung von Spendern
    • Analyse und Reporting über Zielgruppen, Ergebnisse und Trends und Nutzung dieser Erkenntnisse für zukünftige Pipelines
    • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Durchführung von massgeschneiderten Events im Mid-Level und Corporate Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fundraising Engagement Officer und der Kommunikation
    • Mitwirkung an Projekten und Strategien des globalen Fundraising Teams
  • Qualifikationen
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium/Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing/Sponsoring, Management, Business Development oder ähnlichem Bereich
    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fundraising/Sponsoring, Fundraising Strategien und erfolgreichen Kampagnen, insbesondere im Mid-Level und Corporate Bereich
    • Ausgezeichnete Networking-Fähigkeiten und grosses Verhandlungsgeschick
    • Eigenes etabliertes Netzwerk
    • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Verwaltung, Entwicklung und Gewinnung von hochwertigen Beziehungen und Spenden
    • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Berichten und Vorschlägen für das Mid-Level und Corporate Segment im Schweizer Spendenmarkt
    • Deutsch als Muttersprache und ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Verständnis für internationale Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und Identifikation mit der Mission von Right To Play
    • Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Prioritätenmanagement
    • Lösungsorientiertes Denken
    • Belastbar und flexibel mit einer «Can-Do»-Attitude
    • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme
    • Erfahrung in der Pflege und Bewirtschaftung von Datenbanken
