**Key Account Manager Role:**

BioTalent Ltd is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to promote and provide services for a range of pharmaceutical products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing major accounts to drive business growth.
  2. Developing and executing business plans within a defined territory based on specific KPIs.
  3. Organizing and participating in local events to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  4. Delivering top-tier customer service to maintain strong partnerships.
  5. Analyzing data to track treatment trends and unmet medical needs, informing business decisions.
  6. Supporting business development in the local market by identifying opportunities and developing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Languages: Native-level German and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Education: Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in scientific key account management and promoting specialty pharmaceuticals to hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills for business planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Skilled at networking and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
