Scientific Account Manager
This full-time, field-based role focuses on promoting and providing services for a range of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing major accounts.
- Developing and executing business plans within a defined territory based on specific KPIs.
- Organizing and participating in local events.
- Delivering top-tier customer service.
- Analyzing data to track treatment trends and unmet medical needs.
- Supporting business development in the local market.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Languages: Native-level German and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Education: Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in scientific key account management and promoting specialty pharmaceuticals to hospitals and healthcare providers (doctors and pharmacists).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills for business planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Skilled at networking and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
