Your Opportunity:

As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll be part of our core marketing team, driving our regional presence and sales pipeline growth. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to our Swiss regional markets, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans, focusing on events, pipeline growth, sales cycles, and customer journeys
  • Create and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales, external partners, and the marketing team to build and deliver initiatives that meet business objectives
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Produce engaging content for our website and social media channels to attract and retain target audiences
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track engagement and optimize marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the insurance sector or a high-growth industry
  • Experience in field or regional marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and strong skills in German (French as a plus)
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
