Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive Assistant to support our CEO who drives our International Sales. This role is designed as a stepping stone to a future Sales Manager position, offering hands-on experience in sales operations, client interactions, and business development. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications.
- Lead Management: Research potential clients, manage CRM databases, and track lead progress.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend sales meetings, prepare briefing documents, and take notes for follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement: Handle initial inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Compile data and reports to provide sales pipeline to the management team.
- Administrative Efficiency: Support the sales team in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles (ideally min. 2 years of experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and an eagerness to learn new software.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and/or German a must + another additional European language is advantageous.
