Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with our sales team to provide timely delivery of required items, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure seamless communication with clients regarding order status and delivery arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on time the required items to the sales associates
  • Provide regular updates to the sales associates regarding order status and delivery arrangements
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform various administrative functions to update client records
  • Swiftly communicate any discrepancies or issues to your supervisor
  • Support sales associates in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of store stock to optimize sales performance
  • Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store, ensuring integrity of inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting sales teams in maintaining client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work immediately, with no notice period

About the Role
