We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Performance Strategist to join our team at Sunrise GmbH.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, planning, and reporting commercial performance on mid- and long-term targets. They will analyze data to provide actionable insights on customer segments and revenue growth. Strong collaboration skills are required to work closely with various departments to drive strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain commercial performance metrics and dashboards for senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize commercial performance.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders on commercial performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing, business planning, commercial strategy, or controlling.
  • Professional experience in Telecommunications or related industries is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management.
