Swarovski embarked on the Transformation of our Crystal Business two years ago and has come a long way. To continue this journey and continuously evolve our business for the future, we are looking for a Transformation Performance Analytics Manager. This newly created position offers you the opportunity to play an integral role in repositioning and shaping the future of a family-owned and world-renowned luxury group of 20’000 employees operating in 160 countries globally.

Reporting to the Transformation Planning Director, the Transformation Performance Analytics Manager will define and maintain the transformational performance framework and metrics to support transformation execution and elevate our brand to attainable luxury.

Core ResponsibilitiesAdapt transformation objectives into metrics that matter to leadership-
- Validate key performance metrics and prioritize data use cases to ensure decision making in the correct timeframe-
- Build and oversee performance measurement tools to generate basis for TMO decision-making, including tracking of KPIs, development of dashboards and generation of business reports-
- Manage transformation metrics and data centrally to ensure “one single source of truth”-
- Design plans and processes for most effectively collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, including strategies for ensuring data integrity-
- Create and implement guidelines for data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data across Transformation Office-
- Prepare performance reports to Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Steering Committee-
- Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to support performance tracking and develop needed tools in an Integrated Swarovski way-

Do you bring an excellent understanding of finance, financial metrics and data analytics paired with working knowledge of modern databases and information system technologies?

You are:
- A Data Management and Analytics Expert with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role-
- An analytical and structured problem-solver with the ability to break down issues in a methodological way even under high uncertainty and ambiguity-
- A coordinator who can manage conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to co-operatively find solutions-
- A collaborator who understands the importance of teamwork and cross-functional coordination-
- A commercial thinker, able to understand and weigh up impact of the transformation on different aspects of the businessIf so, we are ready to meet you.
