As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-depth geothermal projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Prepare and manage project reports, schedules, and agreements.
- Analyze and compare subcontractor offers to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Participate in meetings with authorities, financial partners, and contractors to ensure project alignment and progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical background with strong knowledge of geothermal energy.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction technology.
- Knowledge of geology, hydrogeology, and drilling techniques.
- Familiarity with building thermal systems and fluid mechanics.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, Office, and Feflow software is a plus.
- Rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous with excellent communication skills.
- Team player with strong writing abilities.
- 80% office-based, 20% fieldwork.
- Travel required within the Romandy region of Switzerland.
