About the Role

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure 100% renewal and enhanced service utilisation. This involves cross-selling and up-selling our range of products and services, generating proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation across all medical and security solutions for assigned clients.

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth, efficient client renewal processes, new customer onboarding, routine account reviews, and reporting. Additionally, you will investigate and prepare responses to customer complaints and quality assurance events.

  • Developing cross-border sales through proactive cooperation with other International SOS regions
  • Managing a predefined list of existing accounts to achieve 100% renewal and enhance service utilisation
  • Cross-selling and up-selling our range of products and services available to clients
