The Solution Engineering Manager role on our marketing cloud pre-sales team in Switzerland requires a leader who can drive growth and partner with Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This individual will work closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to develop industry and account strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and maintain high morale and motivation among team members.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Collaborate with Sales VPs to develop industry and account strategy;
- Build strong relationships with executive-level business leaders and IT professionals;
- Align the team's efforts with the company's overall strategy and goals;
- Manage a diverse portfolio of deals, including both Strategic and run-rate opportunities;
- Foster a collaborative environment that enables team success.
