About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Finance professional to join our team at Ikea. As a Business Support Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of new financial systems, providing end-user training, and acting as a Super User for financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with the Project Leader and Accounting Team to implement new financial systems and upgrades.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new financial systems.
  • Act as a Super User for financial systems, providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Assist in testing new Finance Software, Interfaces, and ways of working, and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Support the Accounting Team with various closing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Technical ability to understand and navigate a complex IT landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including end-users, project leaders, and solution owners.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Service-minded, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Investigative and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Well-organized and structured, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of M3 and/or SAP S4HANA systems, with experience in implementing and supporting these systems.
