Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Document customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Finished apprenticeship in information technology or similar
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or desktop support
- Proficiency with Windows/Mac OS and GSuite Applications
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software (Bomgar and ServiceNow)
- Experience in hardware support
- Fluency in written and verbal communication in English and German
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Agile working methods Scrum/SAFe
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
