Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Datalynx Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage hardware and software systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues in First-, Second-, and Third-Level Support
- Install operating systems and software
- Provide general IT support and user assistance, both remotely and on-site, including answering user questions about systems and applications
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, including managing and supporting applications and services in the Microsoft Cloud
- Document and resolve technical issues, including comprehensive documentation of all issues and their solutions for future reference
- Register and document service requests to ensure that all requests are efficiently captured, prioritized, and addressed
Requirements
- IT technical education (e.g., Computer Science, System Technology/Platform Development) or relevant work experience
- Experience in IT support and knowledge of network systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Windows 7-11)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (e.g., 2016/2019/Exchange Online)
- Knowledge of common Office products, particularly Outlook
- System administration (Windows, Linux, SAN, Veeam, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
