Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Support & Project Services on multiple client accounts, including managing resources on site. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will work closely with them to ensure total customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee financial and operational performance of contracts.
- Compile and analyse monthly financial reports for presentation to the Operations Manager and Client.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings.
- Maintain Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Policies across the campus.
- Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure cabling.
- BAU support experience in office and/or data centre environments.
- Supervisory/management experience in office and/or data centre support.
- Service measurement experience in ITIL environments.
- Financial and operational report writing and analysis skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
The estimated salary range for this position is C150000.00 to C160000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a leading technology company in Zürich, Switzerland.
