Network Architectural Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Systems and Network Engineer to join our IT team at ART Computer in Switzerland. As a representative of the company, you will be an ambassador for the brand and work closely with B2B, B2C, and Education customers.
This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in the Apple ecosystem, designing and implementing solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients. Your excellent knowledge of network and security solutions will enable you to advise and refer our clients to the most appropriate solution for their infrastructure.
About You- You have a passion for IT and technology, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
- You possess a good understanding of Apple products and services, and know how to design and implement solutions within the Apple ecosystem.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate your knowledge and passion for the Apple universe.
- Analyze customer needs and design projects for successful digital transformations;
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for our customers;
- Implement and maintain servers and device management solutions (MDM);
- Deploy computers and mobile devices (iOS, macOS etc.);
- Remotely and on-site manage our customers' infrastructures;
- Design and perform tailored trainings;
- Write internal documentation and provide technical documents to customers;
- You must be fluent in German as your native language.
- You should have fluency in English (written and spoken).;
- You need to be able to obtain a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident).
- You require two to five years of significant experience in a similar role.
- You must have excellent knowledge of macOS and iOS.
- You should possess expert knowledge of business infrastructure (network technologies and concepts).
- You should have good knowledge of MDM solutions (Jamf, FileWave, Meraki Systems Manager etc.).
- Knowledge of other important technologies (VoIP, Azure, Office365, etc.) is an asset.
- You must be willing to provide the best quality of work and deliver premium service to our customers.
- You should be serious, organized, and autonomous.
- You should be curious in nature, constantly wanting to learn and stay aware of daily news in the Apple ecosystem.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between CHF 60,000 and CHF 80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
