Your Role
As a Junior Network Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions for our customers. This includes analyzing customer needs, installing and configuring networks, maintaining servers and device management solutions, deploying computers and mobile devices, and providing remote and on-site management of customer infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs to design effective network solutions;
- Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure, including servers and MDM solutions;
- Deploy computers and mobile devices, including iOS and macOS;
- Provide remote and on-site management of customer infrastructures;
- Design and deliver tailor-made training programs;
- Write internal documentation and provide technical documents to customers.
Requirements
- You must have German as your mother tongue;
- You should be fluent in English (written and spoken);
- You need to have the ability to obtain a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident);
- You should have at least two to five years of experience in a similar role;
- You must have excellent knowledge of macOS and iOS;
- You should have expert knowledge of business infrastructures, including network technologies and concepts;
- You need to have good knowledge of MDM solutions, such as Jamf, FileWave, Meraki Systems Manager, etc.;
- Knowledge of other important technologies, like VoIP, Azure, Office365, etc., is an asset;
- You must be willing to provide high-quality work and deliver a premium service to our customers;
- You should be serious, organized, and autonomous;
- You should be curious and always look to learn about the latest developments in the Apple ecosystem.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is between CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
