Aufgaben • Customer Support: Täglich erreichen uns zahlreiche Anfragen von Kunden und Transporteuren, welche du mündlich & schriftlich kompetent beantwortest und als Gelegenheit nutzt, einen Dialog mit ihnen aufzubauen. • Daily Operations: Bei Pickwings steht Qualität im Vordergrund. Offene Aufträge haben bei dir stets Priorität und du reagierst frühzeitig, so dass Probleme gar nicht erst auftreten. • Enabling: Du bist der «Wingman» für unsere Verkaufsmitarbeiter. Du erstellst «Sales-Opportunities» für sie und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Verkauf. • Allrounder: Als Startup werden wir dich immer wieder mit spannenden und herausfordernden Aufgaben aus anderen Bereichen betrauen. Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bist flexibel und lernst gerne Neues. Qualifikation • Du bringst Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Logistik/Transport mit • Du bist eine durchsetzungs- und kommunikationsstarke Person • Du hast technisches Verständnis, sowie IT-Kompetenzen.
