We're Hiring: Remote Operations Manager (Switzerland-Based)

Are you a process-oriented leader who thrives on driving efficiency and operational excellence? We're looking for a Remote Operations Manager to optimize workflows, lead cross-functional coordination, and ensure everything runs like clockwork — from your home office in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution across departments


• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements


• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy and planning


• Monitor KPIs and develop reports to track team performance


• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain coordination


• Lead cross-functional projects and drive results under tight deadlines

What You Bring


• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or business process management


• Strong analytical and organizational skills


• Proficiency in operations tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management platforms)


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities


• Fluent in English; additional Swiss national languages are a plus


• Must reside in Switzerland and be authorized to work remotely
