The company has established an international office in Zug, Switzerland to fuel the expansion of its operations into Europe and other regions, beginning with the commercialization of the PRIME hydration range.

**The Role**:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Head of Human Resources** to join our dynamic team in Zug, Switzerland. _You will report directly to the VP Finance & Administration International and will have the following operational and strategic HR responsibilities:_
- Manage and develop the HR team ensuring high quality of HR operational performance, including the end-to-end management of the monthly payroll process and related activities.
- Define and ensure efficient HR structures, practices, processes, and documentation while ensuring that these are in alignment with global HR strategy, company culture, HR policies and Swiss legislation.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition Team and external recruiters to attract, recruit and onboard top talents. Manage recruiting activities for Senior positions.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
- Partner with business/functional leadership during times of organizational change, providing change management expertise and support.
- Support the local implementation of global talent development initiatives, career pathing and succession planning.
- In collaboration with the Corporate HR Director, co-define, establish and maintain best practice discipline around compensation approaches to annual salary review process, job evaluations, promotions, etc. OR around Talent Management processes.

**Location: This role is located in Zug, Switzerland and is not eligible for relocation assistance.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner.
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and Swiss employment law.
- Hands-on approach and broad experience in different HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance and Change Management, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
- Excellent command of English and German required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to build structure and processes in a pragmatic way.
- Excellent process documentation and communication skills in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solution-orientated leader with good decision-making skills who knows how to foster a positive work environment and to drive organizational effectiveness.
